Maria – Office Manager
I am Maria, and I am the Practice Manager at PhD Orthodontics. With over 12 years of experience in orthodontics, I have spent most of my career working as an Orthodontic Assistant, where I developed a strong passion for patient care and helping create positive experiences for every family we serve.
Over the years, I have expanded my role into office management and patient coordination, supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of our practice. I enjoy helping patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their orthodontic journey while supporting our team in creating a warm and organized environment.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of three children and enjoy staying active with their sports and activities. I look forward to helping make your experience at PhD Orthodontics comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable for your entire family.
Abby – Treatment Coordinator
My name is Abby, and I am a Treatment Coordinator at PhD Orthodontics. Before joining our team, I worked in both a pediatric dental office and a general dental practice, where I gained valuable experience helping patients and families navigate their dental care. I enjoy making the treatment process as smooth and stress-free as possible, especially by helping patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options with confidence.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is building relationships with our patients and guiding them through every step of their orthodontic journey. I strive to create a welcoming experience where patients feel informed, supported, and excited to begin treatment.
Outside of the office, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, staying active at the gym, and traveling to explore new places and experiences.
Nina – Orthodontic Assistant
My name is Nina, and I am a Clinical Orthodontic Assistant at PhD Orthodontics. Before joining our team, I practiced as a licensed orthodontist in China prior to immigrating to the United States. With my professional background and passion for patient care, I strive to help every patient feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their orthodontic journey.
As a mother of two children, I especially enjoy working with kids and creating a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for families. I love being part of each patient’s smile transformation and seeing the confidence a healthy smile can bring.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new places together.
Nathan– Patient Care Coordinator
I am Nathan Hang, and I am a Patient Care Coordinator at PhD Orthodontics. In my role, I enjoy helping coordinate patient care and creating a welcoming, positive experience for every family who visits our office. Working closely with patients and our clinical team has inspired me to pursue a future career in dentistry, and I am excited to continue learning and growing in the field while supporting our patients throughout their orthodontic journey.
I value building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Seeing the confidence that comes from a healthy smile is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing badminton, and spending time playing video games.
